About

I’m Szymon Pruszyński, a tech entrepreneur, a second-time founder, and a maritime navigational officer.

Today I’m building Workvoice. Before that I co-founded Worksmile, where I was CRO.

This site is where I write things down: essays on building companies, products and teams.
